"I'm going to hire you as a GS-12 because you have too much learn." (I have been interviewed at bigger agencies at the GS-14 level). "I’m curious about your naturalization process and how it’s impacted your job search. When did the process start for you? And how long did it take for you to then get your work authorizations and green card?" "First year of the job is probationary, and anything can happen during that time."
Interviewer asked about my interests in the college.
(If for some reason I get an offer I will decline). They asked me questions that were specific to a Paramedic's job and current Delaware State medical employees that an outsider would not know.

Under State of California rules, I am not able to say anything about the questions other than that they were appropriate for the position.
The first interviewee had asked me if i could teach at a far-flung area which is 14 kilometers away from the town and he still added that it is mountainous or I will pass seven mountains in order to arrive at that place.
