I was asked basic HR questions during the interview. It's important to articulate how your skillsets are directly applicable to the role, especially highlighting any experience managing individuals in an official capacity. Additionally, the primary HR contact, at least the one I spoke to, had years of experience working with the organization but was in a consulting capacity. This aspect is worth considering as you apply, as it could impact the timeline of your application process.

Questions will vary per hiring manager. Always be prepared for situational questions. Example: What would you do if xyz happened etc.

Nothing particularly unexpected, except possible how many Twitter followers I had, but I brought that on myself for mentioning that I had a Twitter account.

The CEO did not ask relevant questions. He didn't really know how public relations would help his company. He asked questions about minute and irrelevant details or things that he somehow took interests in. He did not really try to find out who I am or how I can help his company.
