There were no real questions. Just a guy telling me how hard it was to work there everyday, and how difficult the boss is to work for.

They can ask too much basics but the position does not required that knid of knowledge.
Questions were all pretty situational and centered around how I would operate in a role where tools and resources were not readily available or very well defined - they were in the early stages of building an RFP library and response process.
