The phone interview was about 20 minutes, about my motivations and why I was interested in pursuing a career within Project Support/Management, and also why I want to work for FDM and why I am interested in them as a company. At the assessment centre there were 2 interviews, one with the programme trainers and the other with the account managers. Each interview asked 5 set questions. The trainer asked why IT, a recent IT development that caught my attention, Apple or Android (can't remember the last 2). The account manager asked why did I choose my degree and would I choose it again if I could choose (can't remember the rest).
