The HR interview was just like any other, nothing special. I was asked about myself and my organizational experience. After I passed the HR interview, I was called to schedule the user interview in the office. It was a 2-on-1 interview with the Project Director and Project Manager. I remember being asked these questions: - What do you know about the position you apply for? - Why do you choose the position? - Why do you want this job? - Can you show us how you coordinate your organization? - Are you a good controller? - Show us that you are a fast learner - What is your weakness? The interviewers were intimidating and the atmosphere was tense.
