The interview lasted two hours. She did not ask behavioral type of questions or why I would like to work for the company. Example:Tell me what you have done in your past that relates to this position. Warehouse experience, HACCP plan, working with government etc. She wanted to know if I wanted time off in the month of November (auditing time). How do I handle stress. I was impressed with her analytical and straightforward approach. She made it easy. I really think she would be a good manager. Said she would make the decision within a week.

The most difficult question was regarding a DC motor. 'what will happen if we remove the magnetic field?' I answered that since there will be no field, there won't be any torque generated and hence the motor would not work.

I got annoyed during the process and just wanted to leave. I've never been to an interview where some moron admitted not having a single thing about a technical thing he was asking you...and was exacting an an answer he somehow envisioned to be correct.
