One interviewer asked me the same question twice because it seemed like he wasn't prepared with questions. For example: He asked me of a time I'd been put in a tough spot with my previous experience and how I handled it and then the next question really similar, was how do you handle confrontation or a difficult time at work? On the other hand, when I asked legitimate question the interview didn't have a good answer and felt like he was reading out of the website to answer them.
