If faced with conflict how did you handle it
Questions were very great but not specific//broad enough (2 main questions on challenges faced at my past working places and mostly questioned evidences on how I solved challenges ie quantifying how high are my negotiating skills without a structured metric, quantifying how good i am at...,etc) as I later found out that interviewer wanted to know more than the questions asked, but didn’t ask for in particular and specificity (and was insinuated//labelled for not deliberating or articulating enough about it).
1. Describe a challenging project that you worked on. 2. What's your career goal? 3. Are you familiar with Agile development methodologies? 4. How would you guarantee deadline is reached by the team?
Why did you become interested in real estate?
Exact dates and times and former manager phone numbers always throw me ( I have to look them up every time ).
