How many case should you process per day?
The interview was purely based on the STAR competency based questions. They also asked why I had applied for the position. It was apparent that they have rigid recruitment and interview policies and they had to follow a certain procedure. They did probe some of my answers to allow me an opportunity to provide further detail.
1) Tell me about a time... xyz - disagreement between team members, a plan changed, etc. 2) Tell me about a time you had to solve a technical hurdle that may not have been identified by the engineers
They asked me about my previous companies.
You will be tested on your ability to analyse and summarise information that is related in some way to politics (although not necessarily international politics)
How do you like to work?
What research have you done on our company? When did you show leadership? What was the hardest day at your last job?
I was given a hypothetical situation where I had to prioritize or rank order how I would respond to four requests.
It was less of a question and more of a statement. They told me that I was too confident during my interview. I believe this was because I was a woman and I was being interviewed by all men.
