Just asked a basic project management question. I think MGA's culture is a dumpster fire. It's all a downstream feed from the CEO and while they say they want someone to dig into the details and provide honesty to corporate, they ultimately want a "yes person". In no way is MGA ready to function as a normal organization because everything runs through the CEO who seems to be bipolar and a his way only based thought leader.
