I was asked to explain a situation in which I took initiative. I was asked this twice, once in the phone interview and once during the in-person interview.
I went for project planning position but they started asking me about Monte Carlo Simulation!!! Irrelevant things to my scope of work. They have not yet established management system in the renewable energy department. They want all people to do everything. If you are not Dutchman for sure i would not recommend to anyone to apply for this company. Try for a company with better cultural values and who show more respect to their employees.
