What is your definition of a Technical Program Manager
I liked the folks I met, but there was a big red flag when the hiring manager asked me what I do for myself outside of work to maintain work-life balance, which is a company's way of telling you they're a burnout culture that doesn't do anything for you in that regard. They asked for work examples and experiences (verbal, no presentation). Lots of emphasis was put on how fast the company is moving and changing and new hire's ability to handle it.
