There wasn't really a difficult aspect of the interview process. It was informal, somewhat like a meet-and-greet where you get to know your recruiter and discuss experience, interests, and salary requirements as well as available opportunities. One difficult aspect of being employed by a staffing agency is the lack of job security, but that is just the nature of temporary or contract work.
