Each department head asked questions related to how their department interacted with this role. By the 5th and 6th interview, many of the open ended questions were repeat questions and a bit of a challenge to maintain the same level of enthusiasm as the first couple of times the question was asked. Questions were from A to Z and a bit of a challenge as many were based on what appeared to be based on past situations involving the position or previous leader behavior.

What fuels your competitive drive?
What is the point goal of tax education?
If told to do so, could you ignore the facts and abide by what the GM instructs you to do?
Are you able to close direct sales?
How will you convince people around to work even when no is motivated for it?
The questions were not difficult or necessarily unexpected. However, the process itself was very awkward. If you were the last candidate to respond to a particular question you almost felt the need to answer the question in a way that was different from how you might normally answer it so as not to provide the same response as another candidate in the room.
