Tell us about a difficult situation at your last job and how did you deal with it.
There weren't any. I was fully prepared for the interview.

Do you have a current insurance license? Since I didn't and they had not had good luck in training associates and them getting license while working, I knew I was not a good fit.
While performing the mock phone call, I was asked to imagine myself as an enrollment counselor and to communicate with a prospective student.
