They mostly just went through your resume and asked you questions about your work experiences to assess your knowledge. They had researched things like any publications that you had made to be prepared to talk to you about them. There weren’t many technical questions in a question and answer format, but they will ask about more details of your experiences.

Whey do you want to help the elderly. Can you cook. Do you have your own transportation. They will not let you get dropped off at your shift by either a relative or a cab. You must have reliable transportation with working air conditioning.
