The process began with a round of Group Discussion with 2 moderators. Topic from current affairs. The time allotted for the discussion was 10-12 mins. Every member getting a fair and decent chance/time to speak and put forth their points. At the end of 12 mins. each member was asked to conclude. Psychometric test- A personality test where you are asked to mark 'Most suitable' and 'Least Suitable' adjective that described you from the set of 6 adjectives. 12-13 sets of adjectives had to be answered. Personal Interview. - Conducted by the same two gentlemen who moderated the GD. This was a kind of stress interview. The interviewers majorly stressed on three questions :- 1. Why Bajaj Finserv? 2. Why the profile of Product Trainee? 3. My Summer Internship Project. Surprisingly there were no technical questions.
