What was a challenge you faced during undergrad or work and how did you respond?
The first and second interviews I had went well. The questions were personable and I got on well with each of the interviewees. After that I had a final phone interview with The EVP of Sales & Category Management. The questions she asked were very strange...She asked me how many other places I'd applied/interviewed, (I'd been unemployed for a few months), and then asked why nothing came of them. She also made a point to say that Umbra may be a cool and fun place to work, but the workload is very high, as if it's a bad thing and talking with each other at work areas/desks rarely happens because "everyone is very busy".
