Interview was very organic and "easy" until the fourth round, which is when they requested a full category strategy to be prepared and presented.
What is your category strategy?
All the basic but make sure you describe your projects. Its easy but they do want to make sure you know what your job will be.
What would you do if the suppliers threaten to shut down the lines of production if they do not receive a PO as soon as possible, but following the procedures this PO might take a couple of days to be issued? Also please note that neither the team lead, nor the manager are available for advice.
