Best to put an emphasis that it will eventually benefit the customers, keeping the team on schedule etc. Take me through your CV. Give me an example of when you did something for the customer that you didn't necessarily agree with. Then some generic questions: Do you mind repetitive work? Are you commutable wearing a head set most of the time? Are you happy with the organisation tracking your targets hourly and daily?
