Why do you want the position?
How would you measure customer success? Do you prefer working in bulk tickets or a few tickets and analyze them in depth?
Everything is pretty routine as far as the questions asked. They ask to give an example of a work problem and how it was handled. Why should we hire you. Pretty standard questions.
No difficult questions, your typical what did/would you do in this type of situation. Interview was conducted 1:1 with someone from HR in a room with other applicants.
Tell me about a scenario where you had a problem with your associate and how resolved that issue.
During the phone interview, a current problem solver asked about "where do you see yourself in 5 years?", "Are you willing to relocate?" "If you receive another offer, what would be your preference and why?". Then he introduced himself and about his daily routines. He told me that I will receive a call to schedule another call from HR and take an assessment test with some programming. I asked if the programming test would be pseudo-code, he said yes. I will currently waiting for the HR department to contact me.
