A lot of logic puzzles and speed math questions were asked in the skills assessment portion. The phone interview was very straightforward and I really enjoyed talking to them. You talk with a current employee of the position you are interviewing for, not a recruiter, so you get real answers to your questions, which I really appreciated.

For the senario interview, they give you different clients and situations and ask you how you would respond to them. The technical interview asked to code 4 different programs using any language you want (if you don't know any you can use pseudo code).
