I don't remember anything being exceptionally difficult. The inverview was professional and thorough and involved multiple individuals throughout the organization. Telephone interviews followed by face to face, Cap was very thorough and engaged in extensive Q&A as well as background verification. I was pleasantly suprised at how thorough and detailed everyone was. They did a great job. I met with senior executives in Washington DC on multiple occasions and had telephone interviews prior. I also spoke with the recruiter at length and we negotiated a complete salary package.
