Very basic and common questions. Quite easy ones.
The interviewer implied that he thought I was in my late 40s, he then stated that the average age of their employees was somewhat younger and added that they were "a young company" before he asked me how I thought that would work.

Third step: You're sent around 10-12 articles and are asked to memorize the concepts featured in them. They focus heavily on the 14/45 day rule during the interview process--so know that and be able to answer hypothetical questions about it. They ask about the credit card application process, what a debt management program is, types of CC rewards, the difference between a secure and insecure credit card, and about APR. Definitely know the articles inside and out. I knew them extremely well, and even that wasn't enough.
