Be prepared to answer questions during your talk since most researchers will interrupt and ask you questions during your talk. It's very important to maintain a good pace with your talk and keeping it within the time limit. So practice is key. I would consider the interview as more of a discussion than one sided questioning. The one thing everyone seemed interested is where I see myself in a few years time and why I want to do a postdoc.
