Since the PI that I was doing the interview knew my research beforehand, there was no technical questions. They asked about how long I think the project should take, and about my salary.

Preferred working strategy and the way you would like to tackle the problems in the projects
Be prepared to answer questions during your talk since most researchers will interrupt and ask you questions during your talk. It's very important to maintain a good pace with your talk and keeping it within the time limit. So practice is key. I would consider the interview as more of a discussion than one sided questioning. The one thing everyone seemed interested is where I see myself in a few years time and why I want to do a postdoc.
