1 Cognitive test: standard IQ test 2 English speaking test: had to repeat some sentences and answer a few questions 3 Data Interpretation test: typical chart and table reading test, however, there were multiple errors in the test (besides the choice of chart type) 4 Job-specific test: received some very short interview notes, and some vague instructions to fill a template. The template was corrected by an actual person, who only handed out points but didn't give any feedback - although, I would have been curious what they think as an ideal answer to their case study
