Describe a time where you had to deal with organization change.
When I initially I applied, it was for a full time position of 40 hours. When I received a call back almost two weeks later I was told I was hired for a part time teller position (with benefits), I was a bit confused at first but nonetheless happy as I needed to work. I later found out that I was not hired initially for the position I applied to, a teller quit and that's when I was called and hired. It would be great if management was a bit more transparent with their new hires, as it is very tacky for employees to find out through word of mouth.
Behavorial based interview questions are used. If you are not familiar with them, you can find sample questions by searching on the internet. There were a lot of "tell me a time when..." type of questions; opportunities to show your customer service skills. I had two stories prepared by they asked me that question 6 different times so I had to think quickly.
