Trevor is a growing organization, and you may sometimes be building things for the first time or moving something forward with ambiguity. I’d like to hear about a time when you had to work through a project with a great deal of ambiguity. How did you approach it? What was the outcome? Would you do anything differently if you could do it again? 4. The annualized salary range for this role will be between $75-90K. Does this work for you? 5. Tell me about your experience with developing integrated fundraising campaigns and describe to me what success looks like. 6. Tell me about your experience working across departments to develop and manage communications with/about donor stewardship, solicitations, and other communications. 7. This position will manage a vendor who will operationally support the fundraising efforts you lead. Tell me about your approach to managing vendors. If you don’t have previous management experience, tell me about your management style/philosophy. 8. Give us an example of a process you were responsible for autonomously administering in a previous role or current - what was your routine for staying on top of it?
