No real difficult questions. Very repetitive which is fine. But have examples ready in mind for anything like When did you make a mistake, how did you fix it. How was it working with someone in authority and telling them they were wrong. Name a time you had to make a decision without much information, etc
Tell about a time when you recieved 2 conflicting pieces of information & had to make a decision
Will ask several situation questions. Be well versed in metrics as well as corporate lingo.
Tell me about a time you weren't able to finish a task.
The most unexpected question was about prior negative job experiences and how I reacted to them. Since I had had several such experiences during 21 years of being a pharmacist, this question was not difficult to answer.
