There were no difficult questions. It was a very basic interview with standard questions.
Do you have experience with electronic medical recording system? How would you handle demanding overdue payment from a patient who is attempting to be seen on a new visit? We do expect you to ask for payment of overdue notes and to collect co-payments while the patient is present. Do you realistically feel comfortable and capable of handling the intake of drowning victims, tousists who may not have proper documents, and things of that nature? Do you know how insurance works?
