To give an overview of the HE sector

For my role, there was a lot of focus on personality fit - which I appreciated as I know it means they are very meticulous in their hiring process. Questions about me as a person were a welcome, more humane approach. Additionally, the classic "Why Bombas" came up often and I was eager and excited to answer it.
