Pick one of our top partners (based on your framework) and come up with an idea for an integrated marketing co-marketing campaign that helps us achieve these goals, together. We want to see your creativity in marketing initiatives and understand how you would leverage your cross-functional marketing channels to drive success for the campaign.
The team probed on intellectual curiosity and industry experience, and several of our conversations were led by my questions, vs the interviewer. This allowed for more fluid conversation and gave everyone a sense of core competencies as well as conversational style.
