Tell us about a time when you had to go above and beyond for a customer? And how did you know they were pleased with you at the end of the interaction?
THere was a lot of story-telling from their end on their culture and how the first 12 months at Apple focus on getting to know their culture. They kept emphasizing that you're expected to adapt, and not bring a perspective of how things are done differently elsewhere. Questions seemed to focus a lot on development areas or weaknesses, such as: if I would ask the collleagues your currently work with for three reasons NOT to hire you, what would those be?
