You have to be ready to answer just about anything. I suppose the following is always difficult to answer based on how much you know or do not know about the company you are interviewing with: "How do you see yourself being an immediate benefit to this position?"
Why have you applied for the position
After 15 minutes on the phone with a recruiter, was deemed not a good fit without specifically pinpointing why I was not a good fit. Also, I was mildly insulted when the recruiter mentioned they will keep me in mind if there is a "lower ranking position" in the same department that opens up.
