The most difficult questions that I found to answer were scenario questions of past jobs like, "Did you ever experience such and such situation at your past work site? If so, how did you react or would react?".
What do you want to get out of the program?
What would you do if a patron was acting inappropriately?
Describe a time you were forced to work with a coworker that you did not like, or did not agree with, and how you handled the situation.
I was extremely nervous as I had never been interviewed using this format. The questions were not unreasonable, but were very specific
Detail oriented?
Customer service, why are you interested, etc
It was awhile ago, more than 5 years ago. So I really did not recall any interview questions in detail. Many of them were very straight forward. I do remember one question I did not answer was, "tell me about your strength". What am I good at? This question was asked during the second part of the interview process. I can not think of anything, so I did not answer that.
