How do you approach learning about clients and families who share different identities than your own?
I was asked to create a sample flyer for an event, a newsletter, and fill out a spread sheet. This did take a large amount of time.
Why do you want to work in the environmental field?
Around 15 questions. As it’s a child protection services job, interviewers will ask you scenario questions on how you would approach certain situations at families homes. If a child had to be taken away from parents who were addicts, what would you do, etc. Question “Tell us what you know about the the Youth Protection Act?” Also 2 French questions. Anecdotes of stressful situations.
How did I handle working with clergy who weren't particularly enthusiastic about the annual appeal and getting their constituents excited about it?
