none really, i was asked a second time about availability, the initial add said weekends varied shifts, which turned out to mean if you call you, we expect you to be available, this was a bit off putting, but we reached an agreement.

The questions that were asked were not difficult. They were meant to see how you react to different situations and how you work with other people.
They are concerned you will not like shift work. If you come from prior experience this seems a little redundant. I'm sure it's an hr requirement to ask.
