What is one thing you accomplished at work, how did you accomplish it and how did you feel? What is one thing you failed at while at work, why did you fail and how did you feel? Tell us of a time that you where overwhelmed at work. Give us an example of a time that you where in danger at work. Tell us about a time that you had an issue with a co-worker and how did you handle it.
Basically every thing on my resume they asked me to explain what it does or is..ex: what's a cooling towers purpose? What's lock out tag out for? What's a re boiler? First question was what do you know about air products? Do some research and come prepared
The hiring process was relatively light. Not much in depth questioning. They seemed more interested in having "bodies" than employees.

What would you do if you saw someone working unsafely?
What was a difficult job and how did you handle it?
