Questions are oriented to the person's way of thinking, as opposed to soliciting data. "What is your definition of successful customer service' for example.
Why do I think that position will be better for me than my current position?
Well, the most difficult for me was when they found out I was a military veteran and then the interview became very casual and I was asked what it was like to be in the military in the early 80's and it was like I was with a group of my girlfriends and not potential employers. I do not think it will be like that again because the division has been undergoing a lot of changes and I believe anyone interviewing in the future will come against a more formal and professional environment than I did back then.

Why you would be a good fit for ECOLunchbox & what current work is? Asked in an email which I thought was repetitious. I had commented on that only to be "We are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills since so much of our customer contact is by email. Best of luck in your search." Not nice.
