For the most part it was very personal. I was told it was more important to like the person than to be qualified. Overall it felt like talking to friends at a dinner and having expectations lined out. Personal questions were asked, but in an offhand way. The clothing/look was very important. They don't allow tattoos, prefer women in dresses or skirts, closed toe shoes, etc. Very Catholic and conservative.
