They will ask open ended questions, have a good full story to tell them. Spread out the source to show more than just one job
Tell us about a time you had to communicate through multiple levels of command to a gauge an outcome. Example of when you had to overcome adversity to accomplish a task.
There really wasn't anything to difficult about the interview. At the time they were looking for people with minimal recruiting skills so they could train them properly.
What feedback would your current manager give on you if we contact him/her?
The questions were fairly basic - Tell us about yourself, Do you have experience in specific job related duties? and What makes you the most qualified for this position?
