Please remain calm, positive and show a can-do attitude and you will get the job. There were not difficult questions at all just typical interview question like: why do you want to work with us, tell about yourself, what are your weaknesses...

Why do you like this role?
How do you plan to manage the team of 70 managers without appropriate experience? Do you know that some of our clients refuse to make business with Russians, only with Tatars?
The first interview was about my CV, in the 2nd interview I've had to answer situational questions: "what would you do if, when". I then had to repeat some of my answers to other interviewers later as well, since they asked very similar questions. It would have made more sense to organize this process better from the beginning or maybe share what has already been asked.
