I was asked about my prior experience in the role, whether im a team player or a solo specialist, my goals in the next 3-5 years, hobbies and interests, personality type, and was explained on the job progression, career goals and milestones. Overall it took 40 mins and was thorough. i had a good feeling about the position, but he told me i will know the result in 2 weeks time.
