They underwrite 10-15 files a day. For my interview, this was just for Level 2 underwriter and you only look at 4 criterias on a tax sheet (I forgot which ones)

Tell me a time that you had to deal with a customer who acted short temper and rude and how you handled it.
Why are you interested in this position?
What I was doing in my spare time.
The questions are all based on the statements you have made on your resume. For instance, if you said, "I work well with others." The question would be how did you develop the ability to work with others so well," in casual conversation. It will not feel like an interview.
If I wasn't meeting targets, what would I do to address this?
