The most unexpected thing that was asked of me was to make an impromptu "sales call" to another recruiter. This caught me completely off guard.
Explain a time where a coworker did something unethical or against company rules, and how did you and your other coworkers handle the situation.
Again, the question that caught me off guard was if I would be alright with working 12 hour days and a minimum of 6 days a week.
Explain a time when you had to influence some one to do something that they did not want to do.
They asked me how successful do I wanted to become.
