The interview went very well, the first one was a telephonic call just to discuss my CV, the second one was via teams with some team members and team lead, there was a technical test as part of that. It was fairly easy. And the last Interview was in person at the Johannesbugh office with the cio, digital development manager and an HR consultant. The interview was fun, we discussed about everything, The questions were mostly about knowing me as a person and my interests, to see if i'd be a match. It was more of a chat to get to know each other than an interview.
Nothing special. Questions about current and expected salary. Questions about my experience and my personality.
Conversational style interview. Technical discussion around QA processes and strategies/ automation approach/strategies.
