There weren't a lot of difficult questions. The questions were fairly easy.

It was all pretty basic "tell us about yourself" stuff.
What would the first years report look like listing the successes
The difficult question was an unasked one - why would I want to come to work for them for a short term position and what would I hope to accomplish. I had to answer that even though they didn't ask (I had no desire to just keep a seat warm until they hired a permanent replacement).
