Tell me about yourself. What was your experience leading teams? How do you approach diversity? What brought you to business school? Why BASF? When was a time you faced a dilemma? What has been your biggest success?
The case was fairly open-ended but I found it fairly difficult. Probably a good idea to practice scenarios related to airlines. Example, what if maintenance requested more equipment? How would you analyze all factors: financial, operational, competitive that would go into evaluating your decision?
Standard behavioral and case questions--be able to discuss every bullet on your resume in deep detail.
Specific marketing questions. Though the interviews lasted all day, they were very casual and conversational. We also had to present a powerpoint at the end of the day.
Walk me through the three financial statements. Most questions were from the 400 Investment Banking questions (found online)
