This process was less about who I am and what I have accomplished and was more about when and why I left previous employers. This methodology is very off-putting. I was not even halfway through the interview, when I realized I didn't stand a chance. This however is a blessing in disguise, as I don't think I would want to work for a company that conducts their business this way. I certainly will not return as a guest.

In the live interview, 45 minutes is competency based and 15 minutes was a phone call, based on a scenario they give you 5 minutes to read up on.

To be honest the hardest question was "are you being 100% truthful with all information you have supplied to us?" No question was particularly hard, but you begin to second guess yourself with the weight of service to your country on your shoulders.
