How do you ensure your team stays motivated?
I had to do a task at home, which was quite long and required a diverse range of skills, involving data analysis and extraction.This really helped me understand what my role would be at the company and whether I was the right fit. I enjoyed doing the tasks very much, and I learned quite a bit while researching the best ways to approach them. I had to use SQL, Python, and Excel. Although Excel was a program I wasn't very familiar with, I was grateful that I managed to learn so much about it.
